On February 22–23, 2025, the city of Ljubljana, Slovenia hosted the 16th edition of the Slovenia Open 2025, a G1/E1-ranked international Taekwondo championship. The event took place at Tivoli Sports Hall and gathered an impressive number of 1,086 athletes from 40 countries.
