Refund Policy for tkdclan.com

All sales of digital photographs and licenses are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed.
Refund requests will be considered only in the case of technical issues that prevent downloading or accessing the purchased files.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at office@tkdclan.com with your order details and description of the issue.
We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and to approve or deny refunds at our sole discretion.
