The Asteriks Sparring Days 2026 training camp concluded after four intensive and well-structured days, confirming its reputation as one of the leading international taekwondo camps in the region.
More than 200 competitors from 10 different countries gathered in Niš, creating a truly international training environment. Throughout the camp, the focus remained on structured work, realistic sparring conditions, and gradual intensity buildup — all essential elements of quality pre-season preparation.
From the opening training session to the final day, the camp followed a clear rhythm and professional structure. Athletes had the opportunity to work across multiple sessions, adapt to different fighting styles, and improve decision-making under pressure.
The diversity of participants played a major role in the overall training quality. Facing opponents from different countries and competitive systems allowed athletes to experience conditions similar to official international competitions.
A key highlight of Asteriks Sparring Days 2026 came on the final day, when athletes were introduced to Daedo electronic gloves and performed sparring sessions using the Daedo Gen 3 PSS system.
For many participants, this was the great opportunity to train under the latest electronic scoring conditions. Working with Daedo Gen 3 enabled athletes to fine-tune timing, distance control, and tactical awareness, providing an important advantage ahead of the upcoming competitive season.
This step further strengthened the camp’s focus on modern competition standards and realistic preparation.
Beyond the training intensity, the overall atmosphere remained positive and highly professional throughout all four days. Sessions were well organized, transitions between groups ran smoothly, and mutual respect among athletes and coaches was evident at all times.
The combination of strong organization, international participation, and modern equipment contributed to a complete training experience that benefited all age categories involved.
